Exchange and Return Policy

Ready-made programs:

Due to the nature of digital software, ready-made software cannot be refunded or replaced after purchase.


Weekly personal training:

You are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of payment if the program is not activated or if you are not contacted by the trainer.


Once the follow-up or program has been initiated, the amount cannot be refunded.


You can temporarily freeze the plan depending on the package type, after coordinating with customer service.


Training via camera:

A full refund is available within the first 24 hours of payment if no session takes place.


After attending the first session, there is no refund, but sessions can be rescheduled within the subscription period.


Consultations:

Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and a full refund will be given.


Cancellation within 24 hours does not allow for a refund.
